Here to help you heal and reclaim your life and identity.

Diana Rabban, LCSW—Co-Founder, EMDR & Parts Work Therapist

Meet Diana (she/her)

Hi! My name is Diana Rabban (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been fortunate to work in this field for over 10 years in various settings. Life can be tough and starting therapy can be too, but you’re not alone.

My work has been primarily focused on helping individuals with complex trauma find healing. In my practice, I use a trauma informed and client centered approach. I incorporate techniques from a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR, CBT, and SFBT. But more important than any treatment modality is the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming place for you. I use a collaborative approach with each person because you are the expert on yourself.

As a daughter of immigrants, my identity always felt complicated. Learning to embrace all my parts helped me feel whole. If you feel like you’re not enough or are struggling with understanding who you are, then you’ve come to the right place. I help clients to heal their wounded parts and learn to be compassionate to themselves in the process.

Please contact me with any questions and to schedule a free consultation. Whether it’s here or elsewhere, I truly hope that you find what you are looking for in a therapist and wish you well on your journey.

What it’s Like to Work With Me

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. My style is warm, client-centered, and solution-focused. You can expect a balance of insight, skill-building, and practical tools you can use outside of therapy.

I specialize in supporting individuals who are:

  • Working through past trauma or relationship wounds

  • Struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or perfectionism

  • Feeling torn between cultural/family expectations and personal identity

  • Learning to set boundaries and practice self-compassion

  • Seeking to feel more grounded, whole, and confident in who they are

In our work together, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create the changes that bring you closer to peace—with yourself and with others.

The Human Behind the Therapist

My Favorite Things

  • Music, especially live music and playing the piano

  • Any outdoor adventure, whether it’s the ocean, mountains, sunshine, or snow.

  • Kindness (in all its forms).

  • The cheesiest and corniest jokes.

  • My nieces and nephews.

  • Unlikely animal friendships

  • Crafting-anything that involves creativity and a little chaos.

  • Glitter

  • Silliness and not taking things too seriously.

  • Cozy blankets

  • Sleeping in

  • Blowpops

  • Strawberry Chapstick

  • Watching and re-watching sitcoms like Schitt’s Creek, Modern Family, New Girl, Big Bang Theory, The Office and Parks and Rec.

My Quirks

  • I was born 11 days late, so I tell everyone I’m genetically predisposed to being late. (It’s science).

  • I hate mustard and mayo — even the smell makes me gag. It’s a physiological response, which technically qualifies as an allergy. (More science).

  • I have a 50-state quarter collection (typed with nerdy pride).

  • I’m clumsy, spill things, knock things over, and have pretty much mastered being a hot mess.

  • The most random things happen to me so often that my friends say that I should have a reality show

  • I have a really good memory that can only be described as thoughtful/creepy

  • I was raised in a big Middle Eastern family so I don’t know how to whisper.

  • I’m a car concert performer and I will always sing along to the music playing, solicited or not.
